Ottimate in Chihuahua, Mexico is seeking a Vendor Outreach Specialist to enable vendors for our clients’ payments network and to build efficient outreach processes. You will connect with vendor accounts, ensure eligibility for payments, and help refine our outreach strategies with new payment solutions.

Formación

• 0-2 years of professional experience.
• Strong analytical and quantitative capabilities.
• Superior verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to operate in an ambitious and continuously developing environment.
• Self-starter that can self-evaluate accurately to achieve results.
• Invested in breaking into the technology startup world.
• Experience in accounts payable/receivable, billing, the restaurant or hospitality industry.

Responsabilidades

• Navigate accounts receivable/billing departments to locate points of contact for payment methods.
• Qualify vendors to ensure they are not bound by technical, policy, or legal issues preventing payment.
• Thoroughly research vendors for necessary contact information.
• Adapt to and recommend changes in processes for outreach with new payment solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and build the roots of our Payment Operations team.
• Maintain high call volume to reach vendors of various sizes requiring client payments.
• 1:1 meetings with manager; shadow current Ottimate team members.
• Set monthly OKRs with manager and develop action plans to achieve them.
• Become a payment product expert.
• Consistently achieve activity goals and quotas.
