Join us as an Accounts Payable & Receivable Specialist at Vintti, supporting the world’s fastest-growing startups. In this dynamic role, you’ll handle invoices, payments, reconciliations, and ensure smooth financial operations. Collaborate with our Accounting, Payroll, and Compliance teams, utilizing tools like QuickBooks and Excel. If you are detail-oriented, love solving problems, and want to impact the startup ecosystem, we want to hear from you!

• Prepare invoices and process payments
• Manage high volumes of correspondence for multiple clients
• Resolve issues, improve systems, and contribute to team success
• Assist with data entry tasks
• Respond to and investigate customer inquiries via phone, fax, and email
• Perform other accounting duties as needed

Qualifications:

• Associate degree in Accounting preferred
• At least 2 years of experience in Accounts Payable and Receivable
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• 2 years of experience with QuickBooks
• Proficient in Google Docs, Google Spreadsheets, and Microsoft Excel
• Enthusiastic about new challenges

Nice to have:

• Experience with Xero and BILL
