Job summary

EDAG Mexico is seeking a CAE Engineer to lead crashworthiness simulations and develop robust CAE models for automotive projects in Puebla. You will analyze results, propose optimization solutions, and present findings to both internal teams and customers, collaborating closely with Design, Testing and Product Development functions.

Qualified candidates hold a bachelor’s degree in automotive/mechanical/aerospace engineering with 1+ year in CAE. Fluent English is required; German A2 is a plus.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in engineering related to automotive structures.
At least 1 year of CAE and structural/crash simulation experience.
Experience with FEM tools and automotive crash analysis encouraged.
Strong problem-solving and result interpretation能力.

Responsibilities

Lead and execute vehicle crashworthiness simulations.
Develop CAE models and propose optimization based on results.
Document and present findings to stakeholders and customers.
Collaborate with Design, Testing and Product Development teams.
Contribute to innovative safety concepts and process improvements.
Gaining exposure to global automotive projects and CAE methodologies.
