Farmers Insurance is seeking a skilled ICM Data Consultant to own administration, configuration, and daily operations of the Varicent Incentive Compensation Management platform. You will ensure accurate commission calculations, dashboards, and reporting for sales leadership, Finance, and IT.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in IT/app development or operations support, strong knowledge of Varicent/ICM, SSIS/SSRS, and excellent communication skills.

Formación

• High school diploma required; Bachelor's preferred.
• 7+ years in IT/app development, operations support, or similar roles.
• Experience with Varicent or SSIS/SSRS and ICM platforms.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent assignments independently.
• Strong analytical mindset and communication skills.
• Ability to translate requirements into functional technical specs.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure Commission Calculation and Reporting applications run efficiently.
• Plan and verify production data loads for timeliness and accuracy.
• Lead incident analysis and resolution with cross-functional teams.
• Document root causes and implement lessons learned.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and propose solutions.
• Support deployment activities and troubleshoot environment issues.
• Enhance processes to improve efficiency of the system.
• Build and maintain Varicent ICM calculation logic and dashboards.
• Translate annual incentive plans into system requirements and implement them.
• Perform regular system audits for data integrity and SOX compliance.
