Job summary

Farmers Insurance is seeking an experienced ICM Data Consultant to own administration, configuration, and daily operations of the Varicent Incentive Compensation Management platform. You will translate yearly incentive plans into system requirements and build dashboards for leadership.

The role requires deep Varicent knowledge, mainframe and SSIS/SSRS experience, and strong communication with Sales, Finance, and IT. On-site position in Mexico with competitive compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

Minimum 7+ years in IT application development or operations support.
Experience with Varicent or SSIS is required.
Experience with SSIS/SSRS and mainframe programs is preferred.
Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to explain complex issues in layman’s terms.

Responsibilities

Ensures Commission Calculation and Reporting applications operate efficiently.
Plans production data loads and verifies timeliness and accuracy.
Leads incident analysis with cross‑functional teams to resolve issues.
Documents root causes and tracks lessons learned for improvements.
Translates sales incentive plans into technical requirements and implements them.
Designs dashboards and reports for sales reps, managers and executives.
Audits the system to ensure data integrity and SOX compliance.
