Job summary

Farmers Insurance Careers Mexico seeks a skilled ICM Data Consultant to own the Varicent ICM platform, handling administration, configuration, and daily operations. You’ll bridge sales strategy and technical execution, ensuring commissions and performance metrics are accurate, audit-ready, and delivered on time.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in IT, experience with Varicent/SSIS/SSRS, Mainframe knowledge, and SAFe certification plans.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in IT application development or operations
• Experience with Varicent or SSIS
• Strong communication skills and ability to translate requirements into technical specs

Responsibilities

• Ensure Commission Calculation and Reporting applications operate efficiently
• Plan production data loads and verify accuracy
• Lead incident analysis and remediation
• Develop and maintain Varicent calculation logic, workflows, and reports
• Collaborate with Sales Leadership, Finance, and IT to implement requirements
