Job summary

Commercial Vehicle Group, Inc (CVG) in Aldama, Chihuahua, Mexico, seeks a Manufacturing Engineer to lead process improvements and implement efficient production methods to meet quality, cost, and delivery targets across cross‑functional teams.

You will study production requirements, evaluate processes, develop automated and non‑automated systems, train personnel, ensure safety and environmental compliance, and manage Oracle-based production data.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering is required.
• Two years of experience in a similar position.
• Experience in operations management.
• Knowledge of IATF standards and Core Tools.
• Lean project evaluation and project management skills.

Promotes a disciplined operational culture and develops improvement strategies to support business objectives.
