Job summary

Bendix, part of the Knorr-Bremse Group, seeks a Value Stream Leader at the Acuña campus to own end-to-end value-stream performance across safety, quality, delivery, cost, and productivity. This role leads production supervisors and a cross-functional team to translate customer demand into capacity, staffing, material, and launch plans.

You will drive Lean deployment, daily management, and structured problem solving using A3, 8D, and KPS methods, while ensuring compliance with IATF16949 and ISO

Qualifications

• Five or more years of progressive manufacturing or operations experience.
• At least three years leading supervisors, technical teams, or multidisciplinary manufacturing organizations.
• Demonstrated accountability for Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, People, and continuous-improvement results.
• Professional proficiency in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end value-stream performance across Safety, People, Quality, Delivery, Cost, Productivity, Inventory, and Continuous Improvement.
• Translate customer demand into aligned capacity, labor, equipment, material, and production plans.
• Establish operating plans to improve schedule adherence, flow, and customer delivery.
• Manage the value-stream operating budget and identify opportunities to improve cost, labor efficiency, and inventory.
• Maintain transparent performance reporting with corrective actions and escalation thresholds.
