Job summary

Bendix Commercial Vehicle Systems LLC is seeking a Value Stream Leader at the Acuña campus to drive end-to-end value-stream performance, develop people, and lead lean transformation across Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost.

This role leads production supervisors and coordinates with Quality, Materials, Engineering, Maintenance, HSE, KPS, Finance, and HR to translate demand into executable capacity and plans.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of progressive manufacturing or operations experience.
• At least three years leading supervisors or multidisciplinary teams.
• Accountability for Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and People.
• Proven experience implementing Lean manufacturing and structured problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end value-stream performance across Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and Productivity.
• Translate demand into capacity, labor, material, and production plans.
• Lead deployment of the Knorr Production System and Lean initiatives.
• Develop leadership capabilities and succession planning.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Materials, Quality, Engineering, Maintenance, HSE, Finance, and HR.
