Parker in Mexico seeks a Value Stream Leader responsible for day-to-day operations within a hydraulic valve value stream, driving safety, quality, delivery, and cost. You will coordinate cross-functional resources to improve flow and sustain continuous improvement, while acting as backup to the Value Stream Manager as needed.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent required.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in a similar or related role preferred.
• Knowledge of hydraulic valve products, fluid power systems, or precision component manufacturing preferred.
• Experience in manufacturing, operations, or value-stream leadership in high-mix, precision environments preferred.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes including machining, assembly, testing, quality controls, and material flow.
• Lean manufacturing fundamentals and continuous-improvement methodologies familiarity.
• Proven ability to lead teams, set priorities, coach employees, and drive accountability.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven approach.
• Excellent verbal and written communication across organizational levels.
• Experience with ISO 9001 or similar quality systems.

• Owns daily management activities, visual performance, and escalation of corrective actions.
