Job summary

Valeo is seeking a Physical Flows Manager/Supervisor in Mexico to lead induction for new hires, manage training calendars, and oversee safety, compliance, and performance metrics on the shop floor. You will coordinate with logistics and APU teams to align staffing and process improvements.

The role involves leading KAIZEN activities, PDCA cycles, and QRQC committees, while ensuring TPM standards and safe operations across the lines. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in logistics or production training coordination.
• Ability to plan and monitor training and habilitation actions.
• Experience conducting annual appraisals, salary reviews and career interviews.

Responsibilities

• Induct newcomers and manage training in the perimeter, including temporaries.
• Analyze flexibility and multi-skills needs and define training plans.
• Monitor safety rules, environment risk, and daily performances; update boards.
• Lead continuous improvement actions, including KPI reviews and QA/QC processes.
