Salesforce on Salesforce UX team is seeking a dynamic UX Designer to join our global UX design efforts. You will design meaningful, accessible human-centered experiences for our internal and external users, solving complex problems directly on the Salesforce platform with AI-driven tools.

• Deep understanding of user-centered design and ability to apply design system components.
• Builder mentality with action bias and adaptability.
• Experience or willingness to use AI coding tools daily.
• Strong communication skills for critiques and feedback.
• Ability to integrate accessibility and localization considerations.
• Expert knowledge of current design tools and quick learning.
• A related technical degree is required.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate in small, cross-functional squads to own problem definitions and deliver outcomes.
• Build prototypes to plan rather than plans to build.
• Move beyond static mocks to directly solution with users, stakeholders, engineers, and product manager using AI tools to help implement and polish front-end details.
• Async-first collaboration, leveraging Slack and short video updates to share progress.
• User & data-centric iteration: distill complex problems to core, evaluate design tradeoffs, and anchor quality in live data and feedback.
• Cross-functional alignment: bridge design, product, and engineering, with localization and accessibility documentation.
