Salesforce, Inc. is seeking a UX Designer for the Salesforce on Salesforce UX design team. You will craft meaningful, accessible experiences for our global workforce, solving internal challenges by building directly on the Salesforce platform.

You will work in small, rapid cycles, nurture a builder mindset, and leverage AI tools to prototype and ship front-end details with stakeholders and engineers. This role emphasizes collaboration, storytelling, and turning insights into concrete workflows

Formación

Deep understanding of user-centered design and design system components.
Builder mentality with bias toward action and adaptability.
Willingness to use AI coding tools daily for prototyping and automation.
Strong communication and feedback skills in critiques and discussions.
Ability to integrate accessibility and localization beyond basic compliance.
Proficiency with current design tools and ability to learn new tools quickly.
Related technical degree required.
Nice to have generalist or deep specialist archetype.

Responsabilidades

Collaborate in small cross-functional squads to own problem definitions and deliver outcomes within 4-week cycles.
Demo-driven delivery: build prototypes and ensure artifacts link to project work items.
Direct implementation: move from mocks to working front-end solutions with AI tools.
Async-first collaboration: use Slack and short video updates for progress.
User and data-centric iteration: distill problems and anchor designs in live feedback.
Cross-functional alignment: bridge design, product, and engineering and document accessibility/localization.
