• Deep understanding of user-centered design and ability to apply design system components into high-fidelity solutions.
• Builder mentality with a bias toward action and adaptability in changing environments.
• Experience or willingness to use AI coding tools daily to build, automate, and experiment.
• Strong communication skills for critiquing work, presenting design rationale, and navigating priorities.
• Consider accessibility and localization beyond basic compliance.
• Expert knowledge of current design tools and ability to learn new ones quickly.
• Related technical degree is required.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate in small, cross-functional squads to own problem definitions and deliver outcomes in short cycles.
• Create demos and prototypes linked to actionable work items, not just plans.
• Move from mocks to real solutions with users, stakeholders, engineers, and product managers using AI tools.
• Adopt async-first collaboration using Slack and brief video updates.
• Anchor design decisions in data and live user feedback.
• Bridge design, product, and engineering while documenting accessibility and localization considerations.
