Salesforce on Salesforce UX design team is hiring a dynamic UX Designer to craft meaningful, accessible experiences for our global workforce on the Salesforce platform. As 'Customer Zero,' you’ll solve internal challenges by building solutions directly inside Salesforce, shipping iteratively in small, fast teams.

Formación

Deep understanding of user-centered design and applying design system components.
Builder mentality with action bias; adapt to change and experiment.
Experience or willingness to use AI coding tools daily.
Strong communication; articulate design rationale and give/receive feedback.
Ability to integrate accessibility and localization considerations.
Expert knowledge of current design tools and ability to learn new tools quickly.
Related technical degree is required.

Responsabilidades

Collaborate in small cross-functional squads to own problem definitions and deliver outcomes within rapid 4-week cycles.
Demo-driven delivery: build prototypes to plan rather than plans to build POCs, linked to a Linear issue.
Direct implementation with users, stakeholders, engineers, and product manager using AI tools to help implement and polish front-end details.
Async-first collaboration: replace traditional ceremonies with async communication via Slack, short video updates, and public channels.
User- and data-centric iteration: distill complex problems, evaluate design tradeoffs, and anchor quality in live user feedback.
Cross-functional alignment: link design, product, and engineering, and prepare accessibility/localization documentation.
