Tiger Analytics Inc. is seeking a Salesforce Developer to drive marketing automation and integration efforts, focusing on SFMC design, building, and support.

You will ensure seamless data flow between front-end apps, CRM, and external platforms while delivering robust, scalable, and secure solutions. Applicants should have strong SFMC experience, proficiency in AMPScript/SSJS/SQL, and extensive API integration capabilities, including REST/SOAP.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer with a strong, hands‑on focus on SFMC.
• Demonstrated experience building and supporting complex customer journeys in SFMC.
• Strong proficiency in SFMC‑specific languages and tools, including AMPScript, Server‑Side JavaScript (SSJS), and SQL.
• Extensive experience with API integrations (REST/SOAP) connecting front‑end applications to SFMC.
• Experience building data pipelines and integrating SFMC with D360, CDPs, and content management systems.
• Strong understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum) and data security best practices.
• Preferred: Relevant Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer, Marketing Cloud Consultant).

Responsabilidades

• Customer Journeys: Design, build, and continuously support intricate customer journeys within Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) using Journey Builder and Automation Studio.
• System Integration: Build robust data pipelines for integrating SFMC with D360 to ensure accurate and timely data synchronization.
• API Development: Integrate front-end applications with SFMC using REST and SOAP APIs to enable real-time personalized user experiences.
• Ecosystem Connectivity: Lead the integration of SFMC with Customer Data Platforms (CDP), Content Management Platforms (CMS), and other external enterprise applications.
• Optimization: Monitor system performance, troubleshoot complex integration issues, and ensure all solutions are robust, scalable, and secure.

In this role, you will be the driving force behind our marketing automation and integration efforts. You will focus primarily on designing, building, and supporting complex architectures within Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) and ensuring seamless data flow between our front-end applications, CRM, and external platforms.
