PepsiCo Deutschland GmbH is seeking a US Payroll Analyst to execute payroll services for PepsiCo Sales within the US portfolio. The role focuses on validating inputs, capturing data in payroll systems, and ensuring compliance with pay rules and regulations.

The candidate will monitor SLA performance, escalate issues, and maintain strong service delivery while collaborating with local teams and supporting audits. Strong English skills and attention to detail are essential.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Enginner, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field.
• Experience in payroll, accounting or finance processes (desirable).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
• Strong English oral and written communication skills.
• Customer focused, adaptable, strong follow up and organizational skills.
• Ability to quickly shift and adapt to changes; proactive communication.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Team player and collaborative attitude.

Responsabilidades

• Execute payroll services for PepsiCo Sales in the US portfolio.
• Receive payroll inputs and validate fulfilment of requirements.
• Capture information in payroll systems and ensure data accuracy.
• Monitor SLA compliance and escalation for daily resolution issues.
• Deliver services within defined SLAs/KPIs and maintain client communication.
• Collaborate with local functional teams and support audit preparation.
