PepsiCo seeks an HR Ops Analyst to supervise US portfolio services focused on Payroll and to search for process optimization opportunities. The role supports the transition process from knowledge capture to stabilization to ensure seamless operations.

You will work to guarantee payroll execution, service levels, and adherence to PepsiCo policies and labor laws while driving process improvements and effective communication across teams.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field.
• Functional knowledge of human resources processes (desirable).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Strong English oral and written communication skills.
• Customer focused, adaptable, strong follow up and organizational skills.
• Ability to quickly shift and adapt to changes and communicate throughout the process.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks at the same time.

Responsabilidades

• Guarantee US payroll portfolio services execution.
• Ensure good customer service and guarantee SLA timing and delivery while improving processes.
• Develop knowledge of PepsiCo US business policies and labor legislation to enhance processes.
• Leverage technology to optimize payroll efficiency.
• Escalation for daily resolution issues and act as escalation point.
• Manage payroll-related processes (Payroll / Hires / Changes / Terminations) with operational teams.
• Track and report KPIs for Payroll / Hires / Changes / Terminations.
