PepsiCo seeks an HR Ops Analyst to supervise US payroll services, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to SLAs. You will support knowledge transfer, ramp-up, and stabilization during transitions while upholding PepsiCo policies and labor regulations.

The role requires a blend of payroll execution, process improvement, and strong English communication skills with a customer-focused mindset.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Enginnering, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Strong verbal and written English communication.
• Customer focused, adaptable with strong follow-up and organizational abilities.
• Ability to shift rapidly and communicate proactively throughout the process.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise US payroll portfolio services and ensure timely execution.
• Support process improvements and time optimization initiatives.
• Learn and apply PepsiCo policies and labor legislation to enhance processes.
• Escalate issues properly and serve as the primary contact.
• Track KPIs for Payroll, Hires, Changes, Terminations and report findings.
• Plan workload and coordinate with extended teams to meet SLAs.
• Monitor payroll requests and ensure documentation is available in TEAMS.
