Vertiv in Reynosa, Mexico, is seeking an engineer to support UPS testing activities and customer inspections. You will perform FWT/FAT tests per QAP requirements, respond to customer questions, and help maintain test bays and calibration of test equipment.

You will coordinate with Production and QA teams, analyze failure data, and provide product training to new engineers as needed. Vertiv values safety, integrity and teamwork in a diverse environment.

Formación

• Experience performing FWT/FAT tests per approved QAP.
• Ability to answer customer queries regarding UPS testing.
• Knowledge of UPS products and configurations.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct FWT/FAT tests per QAP/customer requirements.
• Answer customer queries related to UPS testing.
• Monitor and analyse UPS failure data during testing and coordinate actions with Production/IPQA/IQA.
• Maintain test bay and load bank equipment.
• Ensure regular calibration of test equipment.
• Assist DVT/Engineering teams for new product/component testing.
• Provide product/technical training to newly joined engineers.
