EPAM Systems, Inc. seeks a UX Designer to translate creative direction into UI specifications and prototypes for Unreal Engine production work, linking design goals with engineering delivery across platforms.

You will map interactions, navigation, and component architecture. Responsibilities include defining UI flows and user journeys, expanding a reusable component system, and collaborating with engineers and UI artists to ensure practical, performant designs.

Formación

• 2+ years of practical UI/UX experience with shipped digital products or gaming interfaces.
• Proven ability to produce implementation-ready materials for engineering handoff.
• Strong Figma skills covering components, variants, auto-layout, and documentation.
• Experience with UI for Unreal Engine and UMG fundamentals.

Responsabilidades

• Set up UI flows, user journeys, and interaction pathways for in-game features and screens, translating them into engineering specs.
• Grow and maintain a versatile UI component system across patterns, components, variants, and states.
• Draft behavioral standards covering focus, navigation, input responses, and edge-cases.
• Collaborate closely with engineers and UI artists to ensure designs are practical and performant in the engine.
