EPAM Systems, Inc. is seeking a Senior UX Designer to translate UX and visual direction into production-ready UI specs and prototypes for Unreal Engine, aligning flows, interaction behavior, navigation rules, and component standards with engineering and UI art to ship reliably across platforms.

You will define UI flows, design scalable component systems, and document detailed behavior for navigation, focus, input handling, and edge cases, working with engineers and UI artists to ensure feasible,

Formación

• 3+ years of UI/UX experience with shipped digital products or game UI.
• Expert-level Figma proficiency with components, variants, auto-layout, and handoff-ready docs.
• Ability to produce implementation-ready docs: annotated layouts, interaction notes, state diagrams, acceptance criteria.
• Knowledge of UMG layout, anchors, scaling, and widget states/animations.
• Deep understanding of focus-based navigation and multi-input requirements (controller + keyboard/mouse).

Responsabilidades

• Design and maintain scalable UI component system with patterns, components, variants, states.
• Document behavior rules for navigation/focus order, back behavior, input handling, error/empty/loading states, edge cases.

• Review implementations and provide actionable feedback, adjust designs based on technical constraints and playtest/QA findings.
