Shanghai BSF Human Resources Co., Ltd in Mexico is seeking a proactive Sales Manager for Ultrasound Diagnostic Equipment to drive end-user engagement with hospitals, clinics, diagnostic centers and research institutions in Mexico.

The role requires 3+ years in key account management or sales in ultrasound devices, a bachelor's degree (medical devices or biomedical engineering preferred), outstanding communication and negotiation skills, and willingness to travel within Mexico and abroad.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or above; medical devices, Biomedical Engineering preferred.
• 3+ years in key account management or sales in ultrasound equipment with proof of end-user engagement in Mexico.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship management skills; interact with decision-makers and technical staff.

Responsabilidades

• Develop end-user relationships in hospitals, clinics, diagnostic centers and research institutions in Mexico.
• Provide product consultation and customized solutions to drive product sales.
• Develop and implement end-user sales strategies; set targets and achieve regional KPIs.
• Monitor market dynamics and trends to support product strategy and market approach.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve end-user inquiries and after-sales issues.
• Represent the company at local medical exhibitions and events to expand end-user resources.
