Clarios in Mexico will start a two-year rotational program for recent graduates focusing on Software, R&D Laboratory, Systems, and Functional Safety & Cybersecurity. The program aims to build a broad foundation across key areas and expose participants to real-world projects within a global energy-management context.

Participants will gain hands-on experience, mentorship, and collaboration across cross-functional teams to shape innovative energy solutions for future vehicles.

Formación

• Recent college graduates with no more than one year of professional experience since completing their bachelor’s degree.
• Participation in international programs, multicultural projects, or student leadership/volunteering
• Strong analytical ability to solve problems and ability to learn quickly
• Design Thinking
• Strong verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and cross-functional teams with minimum guidance
• Previous internship/co-op experience desired
