Clarios, LLC invites recent graduates to join the Clarios Development Program - Research & Development in Monterrey, starting January 2027. This two‑year rotational program provides broad exposure to Software, R&D Laboratory, Systems, and Functional Safety & Cybersecurity, with hands‑on assignments and mentorship from senior engineers.

Participants will work across cross‑functional teams, manage multiple projects, and develop technical excellence for energy management systems in future vehicles.

Formación

• Recent graduates with no more than one year of professional experience since completing bachelor’s degree.
• Fields of study include Electronics, Embedded Software, Mechatronics, Data Science, Electromechanical Engineering, Robotics, Mechanical and Administrative Engineering, Cybersecurity, Physics, Aeronautical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering.
• Experience in international programs, multicultural projects, or student leadership/volunteering is valued.
• Strong analytical ability, problem solving, and quick learning; Design Thinking.
• Strong verbal communication skills and ability to manage multiple projects with minimal guidance.
• Previous internship/co-op experience is desirable.
• Demonstrated leadership through organizations, projects or activities.
• Data‑Driven Decision Making and Conflict Management.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work across cross‑functional teams.
• Bonus: Six Sigma, All Manufacturing.

Who We Are Looking For

• Recent college graduates with no more than one year of professional experience since completing their bachelor’s degree.

Through the Clarios Development Program - Research & Development, you will gain hands‑on experience in areas such as Software, R&D Laboratory, Systems, and Functional Safety & Cybersecurity. You will take part in a series of rotational assignments designed to expose you to different aspects of our business and help you build a strong foundation in technical capabilities. These assignments will allow you to collaborate with leaders, engineers, and cross‑functional teams. Assignments will vary based on business priorities, giving you exposure to real challenges and opportunities to deliver measurable impact. Upon successful completion, you will be well‑positioned for long‑term career growth within Clarios, in roles that demand technical excellence, and innovation.
