Siemens Mobility seeks highly motivated graduates for the Mexican Leadership Development Program, a rigorous 2-year rotational track designed to fast-track future leaders across engineering and business streams. You will rotate through four six-month assignments, present findings to the US HQ management, and engage in formal training, mentoring, and networking events.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in one of the listed engineering fields.
• GPA minimum 3.0 (80% Avg.).
• Less than 1 year of full-time work experience.
• Willingness to relocate and obtain a US visa.

Responsabilidades

• Participate in a 2-year rotational training program across multiple functions.
• Complete four six-month rotations and present results to Upper Management.
• Receive training, mentoring, and networking opportunities throughout the program.
• Transition to a mid-level role aligned with profile and business needs upon completion.
