Capital One invites graduates in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, System Engineering, IT or related fields to join the Technology Development Program Associate in Mexico for 2027. This full-time role is part of an 18-month rotational program designed to accelerate career growth and develop leading technical talents in a hybrid work model.

Participants will relocate to Mexico City if needed and join a cohort starting in August 2027, with exposure to modern tech stacks and AI-enabled

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in computer science, computer engineering, system engineering, IT or related field with expected completion by Aug 2027.
• Experience with programming languages and modern software engineering concepts is preferred.
• English fluency and ability to work in a collaborative, agile environment.

Responsabilidades

• Work in an 18-month rotational program designed as a career accelerator.
• Participate in in-person, location-based program activities in Mexico City.
• Relocate if not currently based in Mexico City prior to August 2027.
