Amazon Transportation Services (ATS) in Mexico seeks a Transportation Ops Manager to own daily tactical execution across two high-growth programs: the trailer fleet and Pickup by Carrier. You will be the single point of contact for fleet operations and PCP transport execution, coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure operational excellence.

• 2+ years of employee and performance management experience.

Responsabilidades

• Execute weekly trailer assignment and manage intra-week reassignments.
• Conduct daily yard status reviews and coordinate relocations to maintain zone balance.
• Lead daily performance syncs with carrier partners and act as first responder for operational incidents with rapid SLA.
• Prepare clean operational datasets for business reviews (WBR/MBR/QBR).
• Execute daily VRID creation and BOL validation for FTL/LTL sellers; track custody handoffs.
• Coordinate appointment slots with FBA Receiving and monitor SLA compliance.
• Build and deliver DBR flash metric reports.
• Manage carrier scorecards and penalty calculations; align forecast-to-schedule governance.
• Onboard new sellers and monitor ramp-up compliance.
• Deliver monthly carrier scorecards and strategic recommendations for executive summaries.

Transportation Ops Manager, Amazon Transportation Services

Join Amazon Transportation Services (ATS) Mexico as a Transportation Manager owning daily tactical execution across two high-growth transport programs: Amazon's trailer fleet, and Pickup by Carrier Program (for FTL/LTL seller deliveries). This role delivers direct impact on fleet utilization, cost-to-serve, carrier performance, and seller experience at scale. You will be the single point of contact for fleet operations (asset assignment, yard control, inspections, carrier coordination, incident response) and PCP transport execution (VRID creation, BOL validation, SLA monitoring, carrier scorecards, WBR/MBR narratives). You will work cross-functionally with First Mile, business team, Finance, and carrier partners to ensure operational excellence. This is a high-visibility role that combines hands-on execution with business review delivery to senior leadership.

Key job responsibilities

• Execute weekly trailer assignment using the cascade allocation engine; manage intra-week reassignments based on demand shifts across sites.
• Conduct daily yard status reviews and coordinate relocations to maintain zone balance.
• Lead daily performance syncs with carrier partner; act as first responder for operational incidents (stranded trailers, damages, collection delays) with resolution SLA of less than 2 hours.
• Prepare clean operational datasets for business review WBR/MBR/QBR
• Execute daily VRID creation and BOL validation for FTL/LTL sellers; track custody handoffs and ensure documentation completeness.
• Coordinate appointment slots with FBA Receiving and monitor SLA compliance.
• Build and deliver DBR flash metric reports.
• Manage carrier scorecards and penalty calculations; own forecast-to-schedule governance alignment.
• Execute new seller onboarding and monitor compliance during ramp-up periods.
• Deliver monthly carrier scorecards, seller growth tracking, and strategic recommendations for MBR executive summaries.

Basic Qualifications

• 2+ years of employee and performance management experience
• Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
