The role focuses on identifying, engaging, and hiring top talent, building strong pipelines, and delivering an exceptional recruitment experience from a home office.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in talent acquisition, strong sourcing skills, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Formación

• 3+ years in talent acquisition or recruitment, remote or hybrid preferred.
• Experience with sourcing tools and techniques such as LinkedIn Recruiter and job boards.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Knowledge of recruitment best practices and employment laws.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
