Nuvei in Mexico is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join a fully remote team supporting operations across Acapulco and beyond. You will own the full-cycle recruitment process, build strong candidate pipelines, and partner with hiring managers to fill roles efficiently while delivering an exceptional candidate experience.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in talent acquisition, proficiency with sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards), and excellent communication and stakeholder

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for a diverse range of roles, from sourcing to offer negotiation.
• Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates, including passive talent.
• Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide expert recruitment advice.
• Ensure a positive and efficient candidate experience throughout the entire hiring process.
• Utilize recruitment technologies and data analytics to track progress and optimize recruitment efforts.

Requirements

• Proven experience of 3+ years in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in a remote or hybrid setting.
• Demonstrated success in using various sourcing tools and techniques (LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, etc.).
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and maintain high productivity in a remote environment.
• Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and employment laws.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
