Arq is seeking a highly motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist to join its fully remote team, supporting operations across Mexico. You will lead sourcing, screening, and interviewing processes, building strong candidate pipelines while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience from your home office.

This role requires 3+ years in talent acquisition, proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and job boards, and the ability to work independently in a remote setting, partnering with hiring managers

Formación

• 3+ years in talent acquisition or recruitment
• Remote or hybrid experience preferred
• Experience using sourcing tools to attract passive candidates
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for a diverse range of roles, from sourcing to offer negotiation.
• Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates, including passive talent.
• Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide expert recruitment advice.
• Ensure a positive and efficient candidate experience throughout the entire hiring process.
• Utilize recruitment technologies and data analytics to track progress and optimize recruitment efforts.

Requirements

• Proven experience of 3+ years in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in a remote or hybrid setting.
• Demonstrated success in using various sourcing tools and techniques (LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, etc.).
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and maintain high productivity in a remote environment.
• Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and employment laws.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
