Formación

• 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in a remote or hybrid setting.
• Experience using various sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, etc.).
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and maintain high productivity in a remote environment.
• Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and employment laws.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
