Arq is seeking a highly motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist to join a fully remote team supporting operations across Mexico, including Acapulco. You will own the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing to offer negotiations, building pipelines and partnering with managers to hire top talent for diverse departments.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in talent acquisition, strong sourcing experience (LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards), and excellent communication.

Formación

• 3+ years in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably remote or hybrid.
• Experience using sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter and job boards.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and maintain high productivity remotely.
• Understanding of recruitment best practices and employment laws.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
