Steelcase in Monterrey, Mexico, seeks a Transportation Analytics Specialist to design and maintain dashboards and data pipelines that drive smarter logistics decisions. This hybrid role combines hands-on BI work with cross-functional collaboration and a focus on scalable reporting.

You will partner with Transportation leadership, develop self-service analytics tools, and advocate process improvements while traveling to the United States as needed.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience developing business intelligence solutions.
• Advanced analytical skills.
• Transportation or supply chain data experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Power Automate.
• Experience with Tableau.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Advanced English communication skills.
• Availability to travel to the United States.

Work Arrangement

This position is based in Monterrey and follows a hybrid work arrangement. Employees may work a schedule of four days onsite each week, based on team recommendations and business needs.
