Steelcase Inc., based in Monterrey, seeks a data and analytics professional to design transportation dashboards, build data pipelines, and turn logistics data into actionable insights. The role supports automation and scalable reporting in a hybrid work setup.

The position collaborates with transportation leadership, advances BI solutions, and requires advanced Excel, Tableau, and Power Automate skills, plus travel to the United States as needed.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of relevant analytics experience in transportation or supply chain.
• Experience developing business intelligence solutions.
• Advanced analytical skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Power Automate and Tableau.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Advanced English communication skills.
• Availability to travel to the United States.

• Experience with Microsoft Power Automate.
• Experience with Tableau.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Advanced English communication skills.
• Availability to travel to the United States.

Desired Skills and Experience

• Working knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
• Experience with SAP or other ERP systems.
• Experience with Databricks or Azure.
• Knowledge of Lean or Six Sigma.
• Experience managing analytics projects.

Work Arrangement

This position is based in Monterrey and follows a hybrid work arrangement. Employees may work a schedule of four days onsite each week, based on team recommendations and business needs.
