Steelcase is seeking a Transportation BI Analyst to transform complex logistics data into actionable insights. This role designs dashboards, builds data pipelines, and partners with transportation leadership to improve reporting and analytics.

Based in Monterrey with a hybrid work arrangement, you will collaborate cross-functionally, drive continuous improvements, and travel to the United States as needed. The ideal candidate has BI experience, SQL knowledge, and advanced Excel skills.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience developing business intelligence solutions.
• Advanced analytical skills.
• Transportation or supply chain data experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Power Automate.
• Experience with Tableau.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Advanced English communication skills.
• Availability to travel to the United States.

Desired Skills and Experience

• Working knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
• Experience with SAP or other ERP systems.
• Experience with Databricks or Azure.
• Knowledge of Lean or Six Sigma.
• Experience managing analytics projects.

Work Arrangement

This position is based in Monterrey and follows a hybrid work arrangement. Employees may work a schedule of four days onsite each week, based on team recommendations and business needs.
