El rol implica gestionar envíos internacionales y coordinación con proveedores, con énfasis en cumplimiento de plazos y control de costos. Se busca estudiante de International Business o afines con inglés avanzado y dominio de Excel.

Qualifications

• Se requiere dominio avanzado del inglés.
• Estudiante de International Business o carreras afines.
• Competencia en Microsoft Office, especialmente Excel.

Responsibilities

• Exportar envíos por mar y aire a mercados del Caribe y otros.
• Seguimiento diario de envíos en tránsito y garantizar entregas a tiempo.
• Coordinación con el equipo de planificación y mercados finales para cambios de envío.
• Seguimiento con transportistas y forwarders para disponibilidad de transporte.
• Creación de Transfer Orders en SAP.
• Creación de Purchase Orders.
• Mejorar KPIs internos y medir rendimiento de transportistas y forwarders.
• Recepción de facturas, pagos a proveedores y monitoreo de presupuesto.

British American Tobacco México has an exciting opportunity for a Transport Intern in Monterrey

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Export shipments by sea and air to the Caribbean and other end markets.
• Daily follow up to shipments in transit and ensure on-time deliveries
• Follow up with the planning team and end markets for shipment changes
• Follow up with carriers and forwarders for transport availability
• Creation of Transfer Orders in SAP
• Creation of Purchase Orders
• Improvement of internal KPIs and measure the performance of carriers and forwarders
• Receipt of invoices, payments to suppliers and budget monitoring

• Advanced English
