Magna Powertrain in Ramos Arizpe, Mexico, seeks a Training & Development professional to plan, coordinate, and monitor comprehensive training programs. The role ensures staff competency development, regulatory compliance, and alignment with client requirements and project needs.

The ideal candidate has automotive industry experience, mid-advanced English, and strong Office skills to support certification processes and internal trainings.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in the automotive industry.
• Plan, execute and monitor training programs.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 / IATF 16949 standards.
• Inglés intermedio - avanzado, and Office package proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, coordinate and follow up on training processes aligned to internal/external client requirements and business needs.
• Ensure development of staff competencies and compliance with standards.
• Manage skill matrices and development plans.
• Control records, evidence and files; evaluate training effectiveness.
• Monitor training KPIs and respond to audits (internal/external) related to training.

Job Responsibilities:

Objetivo de la posición: Planear, coordinar y dar seguimiento a los procesos de capacitación, asegurando la correcta administración de los programas de capacitación, alineados a los requerimientos del cliente interno y externo, así como a las necesidades del negocio. Garantizar el desarrollo de competencias del personal y el cumplimiento de estándares normativos aplicables.

Experiencia:

• 5 años de experiencia en la industria automotriz.

Conocimientos:

• Planeación, ejecución y seguimiento de programas de capacitación.
• Análisis de información
• Administración de matrices de habilidades y planes de desarrollo.
• Control de registros, evidencias y expedientes
• Evaluación de efectividad de la capacitación.
• Manejo de indicadores de capacitación (KPIs).
• Conocimiento en normatividad aplicable (ISO 9001 / IATF 16949).
• Auditorías internas y externas (enfoque a capacitación)
• Dominio de requerimientos específicos del cliente (según el proyecto que aplique)
• CTPAT
• Administración de requerimiento legales aplicables

Escolaridad:

• Título y Cédula Profesional de Carrera Universitaria

Requisitos:

• Inglés intermedio - avanzado
• Dominio del paquete Office.
• Experiencia en procesos internos de certificación y formación.
