Magna Powertrain in Ramos Arizpe, Mexico seeks an Industrial Engineer to coordinate customer requirements and enhance quality performance within their manufacturing processes. You will apply 8D, Six Sigma, and core quality tools to drive continuous improvement and maintain IATF 16949 compliance.

Ideal candidates have advanced English and at least three years in similar roles, with leadership experience managing teams or shifts.

• Requires Industrial Engineer degree and professional registration.

Job Responsibilities:

Objetivo de la posición: Coordinar requerimientos de los clientes y mejora KMI´s de Calidad a través del uso de los sistemas de calidad.

Conocimiento:

• Herramientas de solución de problemas (8D, 5 Whys, Ishikawa, Six Sigma
• Core Tools de calidad (APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, Control Plan, SPC, MSA)
• Normativa IATF 16949 y requerimientos específicos de cliente (CSR)
• Interpretación de GD&T y resultados dimensionales de laboratorio
• Procesos de manufactura automotriz (maquinado y ensamble)
• Planes de control y análisis de riesgo (PFMEA)
• Auditorías de calidad y procesos (LPA, VDA, QSB)

Requisitos:

• Inglés iavanzado
• Mínimo 3 años en puestos similares con personal a cargo.

Escolaridad:

• Titulado y cédula profesional de Ingeniero Industrial o afín.
