Magna Powertrain en México busca un Jefe de Mantenimiento con 5–10 años de experiencia para supervisar recursos y cumplir metas de KPIs en planta automotriz.

Se requiere ingeniería en Mecánica, Eléctrica/Electrónica o Mecatrónica, dominio de SAP Mantenimiento y conocimientos en PLC/Robótica. Se ofrece estabilidad laboral y desarrollo profesional.

Formación

• Ingeniería requerida en mecánica, eléctrica/electrónica o mecatrónica.
• 5–10 años en mantenimiento industrial automotriz y manejo de personal.
• Conocimientos en mecánica, neumática, hidráulica, electricidad y electrónica.
• Conocimientos de PLC (Siemens) y robótica (Fanuc, Kuka, Motoman, ABB).
• Excel, Word y PowerPoint; SAP módulo mantenimiento.
• Inglés 70%.

Responsabilidades

• Administrar recursos en su área para mantener equipos disponibles.
• Mantener indicadores del departamento acorde a metas.
• Enfoque hacia la mejora continua.

Job Responsibilities

Es responsable principalmente de administrar los recursos asignados en su área de responsabilidad para garantizar que los equipos estén siempre disponibles para producir en el momento que sean requeridos, es responsable de mantener y/o llevar los indicadores clave del departamento dentro de las metas establecidas por la Alta Dirección, trabajando siempre con un enfoque hacia la mejora continua.

Escolaridad

Ingeniería en Mecánica, Eléctrica /Electrónica o Mecatrónica, Industrial. Título y Cédula indispensable

Experiencia Requerida

De 5 a 10 años de experiencia como Jefe o Superintendente Mantenimiento en el ramo industrial automotriz con responsabilidades de manejo de personal y cumplimiento de objetivos.

Conocimientos Específicos

• Técnicos – Experto en mecánica, neumática, hidráulica, electricidad y electrónica, interpretación de diagramas, sistemas de control industrial. Procesos de ensamble: conocimientos intermedios en atornilladores automáticos, sistemas de prensado usando controles de distancia y fuerza, control de velocidad de motores, puesta a punto de sensores industriales. Procesos de Maquinado: conocimientos intermedios en procesos de brochado, generación de engranes, rolado, rectificado, forjado, CNC.
• Conocimientos deseables – Básicos de PLC (Siemens), robótica (Fanuc, Kuka, Motoman, ABB) y PLC Allen Bradley
• Administrativos – Manejo básico de paquetes computacionales de oficina (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Conocimiento del módulo de mantenimiento SAP. Administración de personal. Básico en administración de requisiciones y ordenes de compra.
• Idiomas – Inglés, 70%
