Valeo Sistemas Electricos SA de CV seeks an R&D Trainee to support research and development in automotive electrical systems, gaining hands-on experience in a dynamic engineering environment.

You will assist engineers, conduct experiments, analyze data, and contribute to documentation and product innovation while collaborating with cross-functional teams. English proficiency and a strong academic record are essential for success.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field, recently graduated or within 6 months of graduation.
• Strong academic record.
• Basic understanding of automotive electrical systems and components.
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
• Eagerness to learn and proactive attitude.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Familiarity with CAD software (SolidWorks, CATIA) and simulation tools (MATLAB/Simulink) is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Assist R&D engineers in the design, development, and testing of new automotive electrical components and systems.

• Support the creation and modification of technical documentation, including specifications, test plans, and reports.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute ideas for product improvement and innovation.
• Perform literature reviews and research on emerging technologies and market trends.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production and quality, to ensure seamless integration of R&D efforts.
• Troubleshoot and debug prototypes and experimental setups.
• Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies.
