Salesforce seeks an Analytics Operations Project Manager to partner with Trailhead Content activations and outcomes teams. You will own governance cadences, manage intake across three workstreams, and translate data into actionable insights for sellers and customers.

The role blends program management, analytics operations, and data analysis, requiring strong stakeholder communication and a track record of driving adoption of data-driven improvements.

Formación

• 3-5 years in program/project coordination and analytics operations.
• Proven ability to run a governance cadence end-to-end with stakeholders.
• Proven ability to run sprint planning, backlog, capacity planning, and dependency tracking.
• Experienced in reading dashboards and speaking credibly to stakeholders.
• Strong written and verbal communication with senior stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Own governance cadence — stand up and run review cycles with stakeholders.
• Own intake and prioritization across all three workstreams; manage backlog and capacity.
• Identify content and approaches that are landing with sellers and customers and scale them.
• Enable stakeholders on data and dashboards — train and support content owners and leadership.
• Publish weekly/monthly/quarterly insights reports and progress updates.
• Ensure delivery and adoption — dashboards must drive real changes, not just be built.
• Follow up on flagged issues and hold people accountable when needed.
• Sanity-check data structures and speak credibly to it with stakeholders.
