Salesforce is seeking a Data Analyst/Data Engineer Hybrid to build, test, and run recurring reports and pipelines powering Trailhead measurement. You will maintain dashboards for content analytics, learner feedback, and business impact, ensuring data reliability for AI-ready analytics.

The role combines data engineering and analysis, requires strong SQL and ETL skills, and involves collaborating with stakeholders and operating within Salesforce's data standards to deliver scalable insights.

Formación

• Strong SQL and hands-on ETL/pipeline experience.
• Experience with creating and maintaining dashboards and reports.
• Expert Tableau proficiency with advanced features.
• Comfort working with both structured and unstructured data pipelines.
• Experience building recurring reporting cadences at scale.
• Strong troubleshooting and stakeholder communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain recurring reports and dashboards for the Content Intelligence Engine.
• Ingest and structure survey data, and create feedback dashboards.
• Develop pipelines connecting learner data to business/sales metrics.
• Maintain dashboards and headless analytics for both visualization and queries.
• Own cleansed, curated data flow across analytics domains.
• Run data quality checks and monitor data integrity.
• Operate AI/query tools on AI-ready data for rapid iteration.
• Address internal stakeholder requests and data issues.
