Job summary

Turtle Trax S.A. is seeking a detail-oriented Traffic Customer Service Specialist to monitor shipments, communicate with carriers, and resolve transit issues.

With at least one year in logistics, you will be the main contact for clients and drivers, providing real-time updates and ensuring smooth operation. The role is remote with a Monday–Friday schedule 8:00 AM–5:00 PM EST, and offers a net 800 USD monthly contract, negotiable.

Qualifications

• Advanced English communication (written and spoken).
• 1 year in customer service within logistics, traffic or supply chain.
• Proficiency in logistics tracking software and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily shipments and provide real-time updates to clients.
• Coordinate with carriers and drivers to ensure on-time pickups and deliveries.
• Proactively resolve transit delays, route deviations, or documentation issues.
• Maintain accurate logs of shipping data and customer interactions in the system.
