Flextronics is seeking a Traffic Analyst in Juarez Sur to support import/export operations. You will gather and analyze transportation data, route shipments, and help negotiate cost-effective transportation methods while ensuring compliance.

The role reports to the Import/Export Manager and involves maintaining traffic metrics, coordinating carrier relationships, and supporting daily operational transportation issues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• English proficiency.
• Experience in logistics/traffic analysis is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and report on transportation information and costs.
• Plan and route inbound/outbound shipments domestically and internationally.
• Ensure compliance with laws, tariffs, and company policies.
• Maintain traffic metrics daily/weekly/monthly.
• Build relationships with agents and suppliers to reduce costs.
• Coordinate vehicle scheduling and insurance where required.
