The role involves handling customs documentation, working with brokers, and supporting improvement initiatives across the trade function.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years in import/export and strong knowledge of IMMEX, Annex 24/30, VAT Certification, and USMCA/T-MEC, with advanced English and Excel

The Traffic Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and monitoring import and export operations, ensuring compliance with customs regulations, foreign trade laws, and company policies. This position manages customs documentation, supports foreign trade programs such as IMMEX and VAT Certification, maintains inventory control systems, and works closely with customs brokers, government authorities, and internal stakeholders to ensure efficient and compliant international trade operations. The role also supports continuous improvement initiatives, cost control, and reporting activities related to customs and foreign trade processes..

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor import, export, and virtual customs operations.
• Ensure compliance with Customs Law, IMMEX requirements, VAT Certification, and international trade regulations.
