Responsibilities

Position Summary

The Traffic and Logistic Coordinator is responsible for managing and optimizing domestic and international logistics operations to ensure the efficient movement of materials and products. This role focuses on transportation management, import and export compliance, logistics cost control, and the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives that reduce costs while maintaining high service levels.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee import and export operations, ensuring compliance with all applicable customs and trade regulations.
• Manage domestic, U.S., and overseas transportation activities, including carrier selection, shipment tracking, and delivery performance.
• Monitor logistics budgets and transportation expenses to ensure cost-effective operations.
• Analyze logistics data and identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
• Develop and implement logistics cost-reduction initiatives while maintaining operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with suppliers, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and internal departments to ensure timely and accurate shipments.
