Empresaconfidencial is seeking a Traffic and Logistic Coordinator to optimize import/export operations and manage transportation across domestic, U.S., and international lanes. The role emphasizes cost control, regulatory compliance, and data-driven improvements.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in logistics and strong skills in budgeting, analytics, and Excel. You will collaborate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and internal teams to ensure timely, compliant shipments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Supply Chain/Logistics/International Business/Business Administration).
• 3–5+ years of experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain operations.
• Experience coordinating import/export and domestic, U.S., and international transportation.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate import/export operations with compliance to customs and trade regulations.
• Manage domestic, U.S., and overseas transportation activities including carrier selection and shipment tracking.
• Monitor logistics budgets and transportation expenses to ensure cost-efficiency.
• Analyze data to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
• Develop and implement logistics cost-reduction initiatives while maintaining service levels.
• Collaborate with suppliers, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and internal teams to ensure timely shipments.
• Resolve transportation and logistics issues to minimize disruptions.
• Prepare logistics reports, KPI tracking, and cost analyses for management decisions.
• Ensure compliance with policies, regulations, and international trade requirements.
• Support continuous improvement projects related to logistics and supply chain processes.
