Abb Ltd busca un Especialista de Trade & Transportation (Operaciones virtuales) para gestionar operaciones locales de importación y exportación en Juárez, Sonora, o la localidad de Mexicali, con enfoque en cumplimiento y documentación aduanera.

El rol implica supervisar brokers aduanales, auditar entradas y mantener archivos de cumplimiento, con apoyo de SAP y Microsoft Office. Se ofrece posición a tiempo completo en modalidad presencial.

Formación

• Se requiere licenciatura en comercio internacional, logística o ingeniería industrial.
• Experiencia mínima de 2 años en logística y transporte.
• Conocimiento de comercio exterior y programas virtuales (IMMEX).
• Masa de registros y archivo para programas gubernamentales relacionados con inventarios.

Responsabilidades

• Supervisar a brokers de aduana y asegurar la correcta ejecución de importaciones/exportaciones.
• Gestionar documentación y formularios en línea para operaciones aduaneras.
• Mantener conocimiento de leyes y procedimientos de importación/exportación y regulaciones.

Your role and responsibilities (Mandatory)

In this role, you will have the opportunity to be responsible for local import/export operations. Each day, you will supervise performance of customs brokers. You will also showcase your expertise by ensuring smooth execution of operational trade and customs activities within a local unit, including relevant documentation and compliance with regulations.

The work model for the role is: #LI-OnSite

This role is contributing to the Electrification Business in Juarez, Nuevo Leon.

You will be mainly accountable for:

• Acting as point of contact for customs brokers in case of clarification needs (e.g., regarding valuation or classification of products).
• Auditing customs brokers regarding the correctness of customs entries, invoicing, and archiving.
• Managing the necessary documentation and online forms for the efficient, cost-effective, and lawful execution of all import/export activities.
• Maintaining and sharing with colleagues, as appropriate, personal knowledge of all relevant import/export laws and procedures, tariffs, duties, licenses, and restrictions.

Qualifications for the role (Mandatory)

• Bachelors Degree in International Trade, Commerce, Logistics or Industrial Engineering.
• 2+ years of experience in logistics and transportation roles.
• Experience in foreign trade.
• Knowledge in virtual programs (IMMEX Program) / Experience in Impo & Expo.
• Keep records & archive for any government programs related to plants inventories. (OAS, CTPAT and VAT Certification).
• Plus experience in SAP & Microsoft Office.
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills for logistics data analysis and reporting.
• Intermediate English.
