Abb Ltd, situado en Tlajomulco de Zuñiga, Jalisco, busca un Supervisor de Producción para liderar una unidad y convertir piezas y materias primas en productos ABB de forma eficiente y segura. Reporta al Production Manager y gestionará recursos para cumplir planes de producción.

Se valoran 2–5 años de experiencia, dominio de SAP y Office, conocimientos de Lean 5S y lectura de planos. Inglés intermedio es un plus; la posición es en sitio dentro de la división NEMA Motors.

Formación

• 2–5 años de experiencia en posición similar.
• Experiencia con SAP y Microsoft Office.
• Conocimiento de Lean Manufacturing y 5S.
• Lectura de planos/blueprints.

Responsabilidades

• Dirigir un equipo en una unidad de producción para ejecutar procesos.
• Asegurar operación continua y eficiente según volúmenes y planes.
• Organizar recursos para cumplir metas de línea.
• Identificar deficiencias y proponer mejoras e implementarlas.
• Gestionar la resolución de incidencias de producto o equipo.

This position reports to:

Production Manager

Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead a team within a Production unit or line to execute production processes, transforming parts and raw materials into ABB products in a timely and cost-effective manner. Each day, you will ensure continuous and efficient operation in accordance with volumes, schedules, procedures, drawings, and quality and safety standards and policies. You will also showcase your expertise by organizing and allocating resources to meet line production targets effectively and efficiently.

The work model for the role is: #LI-Onsite

This role is contributing to the NEMA Motors division in Tlajomulco de Zuñiga, Jalisco.

• Ensuring that production scheduling and production plan meet the volume requirements agreed upon in the demand plan and defined inventory service levels.
• Recommending technical equipment and facility improvements as necessary.
• Identifying deficiencies in production area, proposing improvement activities, and overseeing implementation of actions to improve production performance.
• Managing the resolution of critical product or equipment issues together with relevant internal teams.

Qualifications for the role

• 2–5 years of professional experience in a related position within similar companies.
• Experience using hand tools, precision measuring instruments, and interpreting engineering drawings/blueprints.
• Lean Manufacturing and 5's knowledge
• Experience and management with SAP and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc)
• Bachelor's degree
• Intermediate English communication skills is a plus
